Ramsey Solutions (2022- Present)

Currently at Ramsey Solutions, I serve as the Lead Product Designer for Financial Peace University. In this role, I collaborate closely with my product manager, tech lead, and a team of software developers. Our approach involves practicing continuous discovery habits, which entail conducting customer interviews, testing assumptions, and evaluating user feedback to determine the most suitable features to develop next. Employing motivational design principles, I craft delightful and compelling experiences that not only captivate users but also assist them in reaching their objectives while positively impacting business outcomes.

Graphic Design (2019- 2023)

During my tenure at a cycling shop, I specialized in logo design, graphic design for apparel, and website design and maintenance. Collaborating closely with the manager, I ensured that our concepts were not only efficiently executed but also surpassed the design briefs provided. Throughout the design process, I remained receptive to client feedback, consistently iterating on designs to deliver a polished aesthetic across products, graphics, and our online presence.

Freelance Design (2019- 2023)

As a freelance designer, I worked with a variety of clients designing logos, website layouts and mockups, social media postings, and application UI/ UX. I worked with clients to ensure that their ideas and concepts are brought into reality and continuously iterate designs based off of shareholder feedback, usability testing, and users surveys.

Education Professional (2015- 2020)

I collected and analyzed behavioral data of students to craft, author, and implement targeted behavioral plans tailored for children with underdeveloped social skills. Collaborating closely with our district’s behavioral team, on-site administration, teachers, and parents, I spearheaded the creation of plans that significantly enhanced students’ academic performance and personal growth.

United States Army National Gaurd (2008- 2014)

As a fire team leader in an Infantry unit within the Army National Guard, effective communication, adaptability, and collaboration were pivotal aspects of both my mission and role. Throughout my service, I coordinated closely with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as foreign troops, to successfully execute missions and achieve training objectives.
